Modern Slavery Policy

For financial year 2025 to 2026

This statement is made pursuant to s.54 Transparency in supply chains of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Dynamic Training UK Ltd has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.

Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced and compulsory labour. Dynamic Training UK Ltd has a zero tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to putting effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain.

Any employee in breach of this policy will face disciplinary action which could result in dismissal.

Scope and Commitment:

Dynamic Training UK Ltd recognises that modern slavery is not static and that the risks and challenges evolve with the changing landscapes of industries and geographies. To this end, our policy extends to all individuals working for or on behalf of the company, in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners. We are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking and will continually update this policy to reflect such improvements. As training provider of education services this policy also extends to our learners on Programme and in this context should be read in conjunction with our Safeguarding policy (that includes reporting a concern details).

As a trusted apprenticeship provider, we forge paths that enable learners to thrive, working in partnership with NHS England, national task groups, health academies, and NHS employers. We focus on progression, ensuring that our learners acquire and apply knowledge and skills that are essential in the real world.

Our High-Risk Areas

Dynamic Training UK Ltd has not identified any areas of its direct business where there is a high risk of modern slavery, however we do acknowledge through the diverse range of customers we engage with and the recruitment and placement of learners onto apprenticeship programmes there is risk of these customers being involved in Modern Slavery.

Our Steps to Mitigate This Risk is Through:

·        Embedding training to our apprentices and their employers through

·        our British Values training activity, a mandatory component of every apprenticeship programme that we deliver.

·        A whistleblowing policy for both staff and apprentices that includes Modern Slavery.

Our Policies

We operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include:

·        Modern -slavery policy. This policy sets out the organisation’s stance on modern slavery and explains how employees can identify any instances of this and where they can go for help.

·        Safer Recruitment policy. We operate a robust recruitment policy, including conducting eligibility to work in the UK checks for all employees to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.

·       Whistleblowing policy. We operate a whistleblowing policy so that all employees know that they can raise concerns about how colleagues are being treated, or practices within our business or supply chain, without fear of reprisals.

·        Code of business conduct. This code explains the manner in which we behave as an organisation and how we expect our employees and suppliers to act.

·        Safeguarding policy – on identifying and responding to concerns regarding the safeguarding and protection of children, young people and vulnerable adults.

Due Diligence Processes

In order to identify and mitigate risk, we have in place systems to:

·        Establish and assess areas of potential risk in our business and supply chains.

·        Monitor potential risk areas in our business and supply chains.

·        Reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains.

·        Provide adequate protection for whistleblowers.

Our Suppliers

Dynamic Training UK Ltd operates a supplier policy and maintains a preferred supplier list. We conduct due diligence on all suppliers before allowing them to become a preferred supplier. This due diligence includes an online search to ensure that particular organisation has never been convicted of offenses relating to modern slavery [and on site audits which include a review of working conditions]. Our anti-slavery policy forms part of our contract with all suppliers and they are required to confirm that no part of their business operations contradicts this policy.

In addition to the above, as part of our contract with suppliers, we require that they confirm to us that:

·        They have taken steps to eradicate modern slavery within their business.

·        They hold their own suppliers to account over modern slavery.

·        (For UK based suppliers) They pay their employees at least the national minimum wage / national living wage (as appropriate).

·        (For international suppliers) They pay their employees any prevailing minimum wage applicable within their country of operations.

·        We may terminate the contract at any time should any instances of modern slavery come to light.

Training

We provide training to our staff to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business. Our training will

be provided at start of employment and then bi-annually and its effectiveness will be regularly reviewed.

Our performance indicators

We will know the effectiveness of the steps that we are taking to ensure that slavery and/or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain if:

1.      No reports are received from employees, the public, or law enforcement agencies to indicate that modern slavery practices have been identified.

2.     Our internal and external funders audits are at a low risk including checks of our suppliers

Reporting Mechanism:

Dynamic Training UK Ltd encourages all its workers, customers including its learners on programme, and other business partners to report any concerns related to its direct activities or its supply chains. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking. Our reporting mechanism follows our safeguarding reporting process, ensuring that all reports are dealt with appropriately and confidentially.

Remediation

In the event that any party within our supply chain is found to be involved with slavery or human trafficking, we will take immediate steps for remediation which includes suspension of activities with that party or supply chain.
